WHAT IMAGES CAN I USE?
Pretty much anything you want! We require high-res images for maximum print quality. We always recommend using a minimum of 600×600 pixels, or larger. You can submit JPG, PNG, EPS or PDF images. Not sure if an image works? Email us and ask, we can help!

WHAT CAN THE GRAPHIC DESIGNERS DO?
We can use your images to make a repeating pattern, remove backgrounds, isolate a subject, add text, add color, make images black and white, and help you choose a layout! Not sure how you’d like the design to look? We can help! We don’t do original artwork though, so please have your images ready.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Our turn-around time is usually between 14-21 business days + shipping time. We’ll need a little more time at Christmas. If you’re curious, email us for a more accurate quote. Need your order in a rush? Just ask, we can usually accommodate most reasonable requests.

HOW DO YOU PRINT ON SHOES?
We use a patented process using a modified full-spectrum CMYK+White direct-to-garment printer. This machine prints digital images with extra-durable garment ink directly onto the canvas! At our Printshop, we make each print-file specifically to your order, then print and hand-clean each shoe.
